The Sway Bar to frame mount bushings that I have don't have a shoulder on either end, so slowing work their way out from under the Clamps. Their the correct size for the 5/8" dia. swaybar, as purchased from XK Unlimited. Is this a typical problem? The only solution I see is after market bushings, that have a typical shoulder, to stop their lateral movement

Get the shouldered bushings. The ones you have may be for a later model with capped clamps.
