XK120 Brake hose needed

I am trying to find a replacement hose for my XK120. The car has been converted to disc brakes in the front and therefore does not use the conventional flexable front brake hose. The specifications of the hose I need are:

Caliper-end fitting = 3/8" - 24 thread and 3/4" long male flare fitting.

Chassis-end fitting = outside demension of fitting is 5/8" and is threaded. The fitting is also threaded on the inside to accept a 7/16" - 20 thread flare fitting which is everted (convex) inside the hose-fitting end to accept a double-flare end hard line.

Any leads or help in finding the hose are greatly appreciated. I have tried XK's, Basset and Guy Broad already.

If all else fails you might try companies that make hydraulic lines. It's amazing the fittings that can be had off the shelf, and it's not terribly expensive either.

I am trying to search those avenues as well. I have communicated with Goodridge and gone through their catelogue. I am trying to not "re-invent the wheel" so to speak and thought there must be a source that has the lines already made-up. Any and all suggestions are appreciated.
