Will the front clip from a 2/85 car work on a 76 car?

I'll check my literature when I get home. I think that it might. By front clip, are you looking at the front wings and bonnet as well?

Figured it out...didn't need the clip after all.

That's good.......I checked, and the bodyshells for the Series 2 and Series 3 cars were completely different, doors and all, even though they look very similar.
