WWII Pilot finds his wing man

Not many of those guys left.

This makes my screen blurry.
I feel the same way, when I think of Harry Taylor, one of my high school friends who was drafted the same day I was.
He asked me to buddy up after being processed.
I was sent home that day and he was KIA in less than six months.
That was in 1969 and though I feel I hardly knew him, I think of him nearly every day.
