TR2/3/3A Wrong SU jet?

I was going to use a jet from one of my spare kits in my TR3. I had several kits, all opened but all SU 963 for H6 carbs. The opening in the side of the jet is obviously smaller but as far as I can tell, measuring with drill bits, the orifice is the same. I polished the old one instead. The old one is clearly marked B.100, nothing on the new one. Just curious at this point.
