Hello world, we have color! But don't tell Chuck! I'm not saying ANYTHING until he goes over and looks at it in person! (not the door, that was a previous, rejected color)

It was just a few months ago I did JUST what that shows. Shot color on the passenger door, BACK to the paint store with: "too WHITE, dood... needs to be "warmer". Finally got it "dialed in" and now I've a whole car in OEW.

Very nice choice, Birdie. Very nice.

I think I like that. Now that wasn't so hard was it, hehe.

All I see is those same primer pics. Must be this computer. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Don't make me hurt you Paul...

Idle threats, broken promises again. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif

It will look swell Janel /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

kind of hard to tell from the pics... they're sorta dark, IMO. is that OEW, or ? looks too light to be Grampian Grey...

Noonie, get in line behind Paul...

wud I say?!

May be it's my monitor... but I really can't tell... /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif

but it sure is shiney /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif and shiney is gud /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

Glossy dupont primer vs glossy ppg primer. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif

That's not shiny yet. That's just a quick sprayover to get me to make a decision.

Yup, Dupont primer! The 'official' color is '4 month greay' because it took 4 months.

Hard to tell what color it actualy is. If you could please take the car outside and then take some photos /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/devilgrin.gif

It's looking really good are you going with a base coat clear coat or just a single stage paint?

Hmmmm,...is it my imagination,..or is that color remarkably similar to the text background color on these posts?

/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/devilgrin.gifheeheehee

No, really birdie,..she's gonna look great,..CONGRATS!!

Nice Jaybird, refreshing to see a B done in a color other than Resale Red or BRG, going to be a bit of a stunner

And it seems like only yesterday Janel you were still "thinking" and now ya have it /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Na, it was only yesterday!!!

~thumps chefarosa on the head~

Single stage. I want that great patina, no clear coat. (HA, ya didn't think I had an answer for that, did you?)

Four month greay
Red leather seats
Red top (mohair or possibly vinyl, zip down window)
Red carpet/door panels
Wires, Dayton tubeless (99% certain painted, not chrome after all)
Fat freddy widewalls
Wing mirrors, flat on driver's side, convex on right side.
Banjo wheel

There's no other decisions to make.
