Thanks Russ, I have now spend almost 9 years, trying to find out what this car make is, they took the windows from? it took me 8 years to find the missing headrest? it turned out to be RECARO seats from a PORSCHE 911 RS, and in all the years I looked for RECARO seats, but not 1 turned up, before my dentist one day, I was there, saw my car on the internet, and said "that looks like PORSCHE seats" 5 weeks later I found one on Ebay.de  happy day (and he didnt use the drill either)

Hi again all, now the season is over, after a lot of nice car shows, Copenhagen Historic GP, was one of them, on the sunday, my car was on the track, for a 3 lap "show off"
while waiting in the pit area, to access the track, a lot of drivers, and mechanics came over, to have a look, they were very surpriced to see a car from JANSPEED, in little Denmark. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=guKT0V5tqGU&feature=related

Here is a link more, this time its Gisselfeldt Classic Car Show 2009, my car is on page 3 https://www.bilgalleri.dk/html/alb_vis.asp?AlbumID=47599

My car has now done more than 700 miles, and I have already destroyd, the special Turbo clutch plate, so this winter a new special pressure plate, and new center plate is going in.

I have seen a lot of Midgets/Sprites inhere, my friend found a nice Sebring, a couple of weeks ago, but was beaten by one hour, to buy it, he did some research, and it turns out only 63 kits were made, very rare thing, are there any inhere, with a Sebring fitted Midget? Merry Xmas to all from Jens Christian

Welome, I'm guessing that the little white car is yours...would like to see more photos over in the "Other British Cars" forum.

Thanks:smile: yes the little White, is my race car, I use it for Hillclimbs, its a 1965 Cooper S, but only on the reg paper, as it is built up from scrath, only to be used as a racecar.

My W&P/JANSPEED MARGRAVE, is by far the most interesting car to own, as I get many reactions, when I take it out.

I also have a 1966 Volvo 122 Ragtop, this has been Britified, as it has Edvard Turners master piece, the Daimler 2.5 HEMI V8 engine, under the hood, it sits, on the original Volvo overdrive gearbox, with no cutting, in either bulkhead, or tunnel.

Lovely story on your website about the W&P.

Welcome aboard.
More photos are always welcome!!
nice site.

Hi again, thanks for the comments, since the story was written, have I found so much more info, on the cars past.
I have spoken with the guy, who helped the Brandts getting the car into Denmark, he remembered driving around, inside the Toll free area, in Copenhagens port, he was BLMC,s service chief, for all of Denmark.

You also have a nice site BB kahawa, good work you do for those kids:smile:
I was around Whistler, and those places in 2005, but it was August, so no snow-but we have that, here in DK now, lets see how long it last?

A little Anorak info,If your Beemer has electric windows? look at the swithes, the W&P, use the same model.

I have uploaded 2 new pictures, taken by Lars J, at CHGP 2009.

Our tin Lotus went to someplace scandinavian. Wonder if...

Great vid of the GP, thanks Jens!

And welcome to our li'l corner of th' 'net!

Hi all:smile: here is a little update on Woodis.

today I recived a parcel with a NOS roof aerial from W&P.

It was bought by a guy in Holland, in the early 70ies, and he has stored it ever since, not only is it bought at W&P, but it was Eddie Collins himself, who sold it, and I had a copy of the bill too.

Hi all, spoke to a MG owner/racer, he told me that he use to work at the same garage as the Brandts used to have the W&P serviced, this garage is also a part of my childhood, as it was the same place my parents used to have their MG A Twincam & Mini Cooper S serviced at, I remember the BMC garage, with the little backyard, and the Red brickwalls :square: but today all is gone, and its only flats in the building, I passed it not so long ago.

Hi all

Just wanted to share my latest find with some fellow British car owners, got 2 genuine Innocenti door frames, as used by Wood & Pickett.
Had them refurbished by a friend, who is a vizard with stainless steel.
They now look brand new, and really make a huge difference to the cars apperence.
