TR2/3/3A Wiring

Greetings.

I have a '62 Triumph TR3B &
I had a small fire (not electrical) that melted some of the wires thar are located in the branch that goes to my instrument panel.

I find myself in need of about 1.5ft. of each of the wires on that branch with the correct colors, stripes, and sizes.

An old harness would have what I need to splice the damaged wiring.

After an extended search, I can't find this material for sale in the U.S. or at any one place anywhere with the right colors and stripes...
I have contacted all the companies that offer replacement harnesses but haven't heard back from any.
I threw my old harness away after replacing it.
Please post or PM.
Thanks
Jim

There are suppliers that have colored wire, but honestly, by the time you buy a roll of each color, you would probably get off cheaper with another (new) harness.

Yep, have used Autosparks as well. I've purchased colored wire by gauge by the meter. No need to buy an entire roll. Did this when I rewired my tail and headlights. Try this link
> PVC Wires <

Good luck

Bob

Any lucas wiring loom should have all the colours you need, maybe if you can find a second hand one somewhere

Mad Dog has saved me....
He is sending the wire I need....

Well....
Autosparks came through after a few days of trying to get the price down. ALL The wire I need cost about 7 or 8 dollars but the shipping was almost $60.
Finally, the manager sent me an order with a total of around $20.00... Great!!!!
But when I tried to pay for the order with my Mastercard it was declined...after 3 tries I called my Bank and ....(GET THIS)
My bank informed me that ALL Mastercard transactions to Great Britain are being blocked. Thats ENGLAND Guys...
Mastercard has no people answering a phone and there is no prompt for "Why is England blocked".
Are we at war?
Anyone tried to buy something from England with a Master card lately?

This will probably not happen any time soon....Thanks Mad Dog!!!!!!
Maybe I WILL get on the road this spring.............

Brexit?

You got a great deal. When I ordered wire for my OD harness I had to pay $20 for each color. Of course that was the older cloth-wrapped.

My order was only for 1 Meter of each PVC braded wire, however I think a meter would be long enough for the OD harness.
Also this order was drafted after 3 days of back and forth conversations and finally sent by the Webmaster at autosparks.
They may have breathed a sigh of relief when this was resolved to that point...

I have my old harness it's the original from my 1959 TR3. I was keeping it for a template but I could let it go to you if it will help you out. PM me, I am located in California in the Bay Area.
