Hi,

Could be as simple as someone lost their job. I saw a nice Triumph motorcycle for sale recently for just that reason. The owner was making payments and wanted to get out from under them.

Or, it could be something more sinister!

Agreed, the hubcaps are hideous... but likely easily changed.
