Wire Wheel Spokes

I bought a set(5) of Dunlop wire wheels. The rims are stamped XA 455 C and the rubber band covering the middle row of spokes read Dunlop 5.00-16, Well Base Rims, 0.197. We are missing both size spokes. I would like, not to sacrifice one of the wheels for parts. Any sources for replacement pieces? Are these manufacturer specific? Thanks.

Contacted Dayton and was told that you shouldn't mix stainless steel and chromed spokes on the same wheel due to differing tensile strength of the materials. The guy at British Wire Wheels had no such reservations. He recommended replacing the missing spokes with stainless instead of the chromed. When I spoke(wheel pun) to him I hadn't received the caveat yet.
Anybody with any experiences with this? Thanks.

Ron
