I think the 140's are the same as the 150's but I don't know about 120's. You might try to look at a MOSS or XK catalog and see if they have the same part number.
The splines for the wire wheels are the same but the hardware that mounts the splines might be different between a 120 and a 140 or 150 because of the difference between drum brake and rotor design requirements. The wire wheels should interchange between models. The number of wire spokes however is not the same between models.
