TR2/3/3A Wiper Problem

After the resto, I have this problem: The wipers sweep like cars from the past, ie; opposing instead of back and forth in unison.

I never tried them before the resto, so I don't know if it's a problem with mismatched parts, or if I installed something wrong (upside down?). I can't see how any adjustment would change the wipers to sweep in unison.

I attach a pic of the pass side wiper gear box (which I assume to be the culprit). Absent an answer to the dilemma, I am about ready to heat and bend the arms so they rest in the center of the w/s.
YIPES! That should bring some comments from purists...:culpability:

Any ideas? Thanks, all!

One of your wiper wheel boxes (under the dash) is installed upside down.

Right you were, Randall. It appears that I r&r'd the assy without checking it. (Though, knowing me, I would NOT have caught the issue, I'm pretty sure).
Anyway, it now works as it should, thanks.
