Greetings all. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/savewave.gif

I'm a new member of the forum (I stumbled upon it quite by chance while Googling British Car Events for 2005) but look forward to becoming one of the regulars in time.

The Windsor-Detroit MG Club, of which I am a member, is planning an All-British Car and Motorcycle Show to coincide with our 25th anniversary year. We are still in the very early stages with this, having just formed a planning committee, but I will be sure to update this topic as our work progresses and hopefully interest some of you in coming to Windsor, Ontario to attend what we hope will become an annual WDMGC British car event. Stay tuned...

Cheers! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cheers.gif

Unfortunately that's a Waterford Hills Race Weekend, or I'd bring the Ginetta over to show off... second thoughts, it's also the Sprint Vintage Grand Prix too - so it's a good thing I already have something on that weekend! I'd be confused about what to do!!

Get the Detroit Triumph lot to advertise it for you too... DTSC

Oh, and welcome to the forum.

Yes I know, it was extremely difficult to find a weekend with absolutely no conflicts...

Re DTSC, we have a great relationship with them and our event is on their calendar (as is theirs on ours). Our club always has a strong contingent that supports Battle of the Brits, so hopefully DTSC members will reciprocate by coming to support our event. Sue S. is a member of our club as well and we had hoped she would be able to come but alas she will be on the DTSC Covered Bridge Wine Tour /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif

Thanks for the welcome and good wishes racing girl /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cheers.gif
