I am looking for a pair of windshield wiper arms. the right size for a Mk II sprite. with the spoon ends. I have two sets that came with my car, the replacement kind. But theyy seem to be to long. the wipers hit the top when it is on and stalls the motor.
anybody have any spares in there stashes.

hmm, do you have any idea what the length should be? How long are the ones you have?

DO NOT KNOW WHAT LENTH THEY SHOULD BE. THE BLADES ARE 9 IN THAT'S WHAT WAS ON THE CAR WHEN I GOT IT. SEEM THAT THE EARLY CARS USED 8 IN BUT THEY ONLY COME IN THE SPOON TYPE AND I DO NOT HAVE A SET OF THOSE wiper arms.

Carl, I replaced the arms and blades on a couple of my cars with ANCO replacements. They're adjustable, and should be available just about anyplace that sells wiper stuff. The correct blades for a Mk II are 8" long, and I know VB sells both the arms, and the blades.
