I recently had the opportunity to make use of my wipers. I have a couple of questions about their operation.
1) Are the wipers supposed to have a park function when turning them off?
2) My wipers will not operate when switching from Off to Slow. They will operate when switching from Off to Fast and the from Fast to Slow. Is this normal or just age?
