UK U says they don't have the grommet for the windshield cable to firewall. In fact they say they don't have a Jaguar part number for that grommet.

Where can you get a new grommet for the wiper cable on the XK150 roadsters?
 
measure the hole carefully, then check this site:

not knowing the exact grommet the XK-150 used, I assume it is the kind with a thin, flexible membrane in the center through which a wire harness is passed; those can be found as well, through generic grommet suppliers. There is a store in Orlando Florida called 'Skycraft'. They are a surplus aircraft hardware store where I have found parts that I never thought existed anymore, special grommets included. It's amazing where car manufacturers get their parts from.
 
The wiper grommet is specialized with a relatively long nose in the center. I have one on order. Hope its right when it comes in.
