Windshield Washer wiring on 2500M

Hi, my 2500M doesn't have the WW. The switch is there. I checked few 2500M engine bays and even the location of the coolant relief is in different locations, and I could hardly see where the WW container would be.
My coolant container is next to the brake booster and on the side panel, not across the engine as I have seen few cars did.
I did find a loose wire next to the firewall, on the driver's side, but when I tested it with my voltmeter, it was always hot (12v).
From the wiring diagrams, it should be a Green wire.
The bonnet still has the tube, but nothing was connected to it.
I bought a small WW that would fit in the space between the engine, distributor and the body panel.
Can someone help me locate the wire for the WW motor? is it light green or darker green?
My next step would be to gently remove the WW switch and try to follow the wire, but I'm concerned about the switch clips being brittle.
Thanks!

I happen to find this picture which should answer my question about the color of the wire.

if I trace the wire loop, it appears to come out on the passenger side with additional white wires and possibly more. Am I on the right track?
