How do I remove such????
Twice last night I got smacked in the eyes by the visor flying off, the two fastners are round, and I don't seem to have a 'round head' screwdriver.

They are called 'rivets'.
You will have to drill them out.
Use a drill a little larger than the hole that you can see.
If that doesn't do it use the next size larger drill bit.

Be careful not to drill too far and crack the windshield. You only need to drill about 1/16 th of an inch to seperate the head of the rivet from the shaft of the rivet.

hold up...just use some needle nose etc. and take the nut off of the end off the visor arm.....i was tired off taking it to the head too ; )
or you could get new rubber holders.........z

I have the new rubber holders, it's getting the little buggers on over the washer. It hurts!
Still trying to trace a gas leak, so this is the least of my worries........
