TR4/4A Windshield Capping Strip

Quick question: No sealing strip is shown to go under the windshield capping strip (65 TR4A). Should I use closed cell foam or a caulk to seal? I assume I should have something. What have you guys done there? Bruce

I use a double sided sealing tape.

The double sided tape sounds better than what I used.

The factory used a thick bead of a white sealer. The double-sided tape sounds like a good idea; I think you could use almost anything.

I did not use anything just pop rivet but I live in Nevada RAIN is just a four letter word.
