Well, first check the switch; i.e. 'hotwire' the leads.

If it's like my 100-6, there is only one fuse for all the accessories: wipers, heater blower, turn signals, brake lights. If those work, it's not the fuse.

Mine stopped working because the brushes had worn out and nasty things were happening to my commutator. The motor is so out of the way it does not get much attention
