Windows on Convertible top

What is the safest way to clean the plastic windows on the convertible top? Has anyone used the Macquire's window polish?

I haven't used that particular product, just be aware that some plastic polishes/cleaners have a light abrasive in them so go lightly.

For just cleaning (not polishing out scratches) I've had great luck with a couple of different things: Plexus, "Helicopter Bubble Cleaner", and regular old Liquid Pledge. Plexus and the "Helicopter Bubble Cleaner" can be found at local airports sometimes, and stores like Lowes sometimes carry Plexus. Always lightly use a good quality towel on the plastic with the cleaners.

Once clean I usually go over the plastic with a good non-cleaner paste wax like Meguiar's #26 (Hi-Tech Yellow Wax) or Pinnacle Souveran.

I've used a family of products named Novus that have a cleaner, a scratch remover and a polish/anti-static spray. They worked well in cleaning up the windows on my MG and TR3.
