TR4/4A Window regulator assistance please.

About to replace the door glass before I attach the outer seals.
Just like to confirm that I have the regulator set up the correct way on the right hand window as it has been a long time since it was removed..
Also, are there improvements that can be made instead of using thick leather washers ...eg. nylon
Thinking about fitting a thin nylon washer to the pin between the regulator arm and the glass channel.
Thanks in advance.

All good ideas and use lots of lithium (white) grease on the pivot points. I use regular bearing grease on the slide area.
