Baby sitting nephews, but our nice weather of today is going to get ugly soon.
 
Gonna do a shake-down run tomorrow. First time my baby has been on the road since I cracked the crossmember, and redid the brakes, and the dizzy. I have my tow-guy on speed dial. Going to see my buddy David Hayden with the super TR8, as featured in Hemmings. Wish me luck.
 
7" snow tonight...seriously doubtful...this part of the country crusin' usually ends about October until May :cryin:

From N. Mexico you'd better get a good running start to hit Madrid. If you don't ya might end up in Lisbon. :devilgrin:

I did the maple tree thing many years ago while visiting my buddy up in central Maine. Way cool. We collected gallons of that stuff, put it in a giant pot on the stove to let it simmer over night and the next day all that was left was a little residue called Maple Syrup. Yum. No wonder that stuff is so expensive. 38:1
 
:banana: Being a former New Englander I know all about tapping the maples. While I miss New England in the Fall (I visit then) I'll take New Mexico. As to 'Madrid', the population there calls it MAD DRID and they cringe at the other pronounciation. As to Lisbon - perhaps that will be my next drive. Where's the closest Lisbon from Mad drid????
 
There is nother town somewhere with the same pronunciation. For the life of me can't remember.

Sorta like Moscow, Idaho and Moscow, Russia?

Spelled the same, pronounced differently?

This weekend will be the last run for the 100-6 for awhile. Pulling the seats and panels Monday night to start putting the carpet in. Good luck to me!! Racing the clock to get her ready for spring. Once the carpet is in all that is left is a new windshield, and that's as far as I go!!!!
