Agreed... There is a local artist and musician who lost almost everything in a house fire, he didn't have tenants insurance but regardless all the insurance in the world can't replace paintings, film negatives and prints... Fortunately he was at a local cafe at the time playing piano, instead of at home in the line of fire...
Talking to a friend about his situation, she wasn't sure what she would do with her prized 18th century violin in a similar situation, would she endanger her life to rescue it? Since it's something so priceless to her and not easy to replace...
