Basil has mentioned the addition of Wiki to this site. I have placed a couple of articles from AweMan there as an example of how the site works.

You can view his articles under General Restoration Articles, Tools.

If this is of interest, perhaps a separate main menu items of tools should be added.

That looks real good. I think this wiki thing will do much better then the knowledge base.

But, braising is to cook (meat, fish, or vegetables) by sautéeing in fat and then simmering slowly in very little liquid.
