Anyone think the ~Weismann Roadster~ is influenced by any Brit-cars?

Beemer-powered, they've been building these things for 15 years.

That is exactly what Jaguar should have been building for the last few years. Maybe Tata will be smart enough to bring out some MODERN, but nostalgic cars and continue to evolve them

Is the question for a Weisman "What happens when a Healey rear-ends an XK 120?"

(Used ones go for €50,000 and up!!!)

Yup.. I agree Mike, but I'd pick a "C-Type" for the front.
Very "Healey" rear.
Kinda neat lookin, if you can get past the obvious influences.

Why do the headlights remind me of a Citroen DS? Needs some aftermarket clear headlight covers. Love the bumperless look, but man I'll bet a little fender-bender would be expensive. Looks like a on-piece hood.

I'm actually inclined to think Jensen Headlights and S-Type grille - and let's not forget that distinctive horizontal line on the side - reminiscent of the Spridget

I thought the back looked like the front of a TVR Tuscan, with the front end of a Solstice.
Not my thing at all.

the solstice thought did flit through my head too but I did my best to repress it

That's a mighty large rocker panel.

Headlight buckets look like .... well ..... buckets! Or maybe good BUG catchers!
The rocker panel ... I agree ........ is BUTT ugly!
AND .... there are SIX too many lights on the rear for my liking!
Would I buy one if I could afford it? Probably NOT!

Mmmmm? Not sure about the frontend treatment. Likewise the profile looks ok but yeah whats with the rockers?

Other than that it looks like a nice package.

6 too many lights. I agree. One each side would suffice.

Certainly has the "Buck Rogers" look nailed down.

yech.

I actually see far too many cars come from the Mad Max school of design - just keep adding bits and pieces and lights and mirrors and especially scoops - lots of scoops till it looks mean enough to be on the road.

So, I'm just sitting here watching Top Gear and they are giving a tour of an RV and they lowered this car out from underneath - pretty impressive 750,000 pound for the RV without the car

it'll get you to the car show

That's what I call "roughing it" :smirk:

 :iagree:
