Why is it when I get out of hobby A into hobby B, A comes out with something I've always wished they would have made but didn't AND then sell it a price I can't pass up...'

You think that's bad ... when I was looking for an MGB, the ones I wanted were all being sold at $6-7000. Couldn't afford one. After a couple years, I found a decent one for $4000. Spent several years fixing and driving - then went to sell. Now they were all selling at $3-4000. Story of my life.

Guess that's why we call it a "hobby". We'd starve to death if we tried to make a living out of it.
