I suppose maybe somewhere, someplace in some distant world someone might believe them. It turns me away from any interest rather quickly. If they make this statement I don't trust anything else said. Or maybe it is Yen and not U.S. $$.

Yes I know one sold for an outrageous amount at an auction but.... that was just one and far from the norm.

Actually that is a point. Austin Healeys do sell for over $100,000. Just not the 3000 series. Or the 100-6 or the 100-4 or the 100M.

That's true. Special cars like that do go for a lot more. But not a "regular" Healey.
