That installed those nifty adjustable accordion type midpipes on their exhaust?

Don't know, but I've read that they are really restrictive. The 'bellows' stir up all sorts of turbulence, so they wind up performing like much smaller pipes. Somewhere I've seen a story where they installed a straight pipe inside, to improve the flow (even though of course the straight pipe was smaller diameter).

Ya mean these?

Bill I started to send you a PM last night but stopped as my CRS memory stopped me.
Do you think you could scare up the name of the seller.
Need them as a temp. replacement for the mid pipes on thew Wedge. For some reasonandboth sellers don't know why, the one shiopped with the headers don't work.
Seems to be a problem with my cars as the ones I bought for the 6 8 or so years ago don't work with that system too.

Don, unfortunately, the company that made these up for me is no longer listed on the web and I cannot find the receipt for the pipes. These were custom built for me, triple walled, with almost a smooth inner wall, to avoid the turbulence talked about in the above post. I wish I could be a bit more helpful. You may have to Google around to find a similar product. These were not off the shelf pipes. Although those may serve as well.

Just for clarity, this is NOT the kind of pipe I was talking about before. Apparently no one sells that stuff any more.

You were probably referring to the ones that looked like Robot's arms, would be my guess.

Yes, exactly!

you can get those with an inner sleeve no problem. We use that stuff in engineering all the time. Industrial supplier. one of the companies we have used is "flextech". you need to order what you need. Might be expensive. you can get anything you want for a price. there are many others out there.
