Who do they watch now?

Oops!!! "I Remember MAMA"!!! Thanks. Obviously the gray room has lost some synapse capacity!

Who could forget--"Who was that masked man?" and Roy Rodgers with the Sons of the Pioneers.
Bruce

And no-one even mentioned Lassie, Fury, Sky King, Leave it to Beaver ...and who among the brits among us remember The Edmundo Ross Show (Englands Ed Sullivan?)

ummm, really? And how about a horse named Topper?

hmmm - maybe my hair is greyer than I thought ...

Didn't "Plunk the magic twanger Froggy" come from the Andy Devine show Andy's Gang?

ah ... but then ... I was in madly love with Princess Summer Fall Winter Spring /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif

(that'll test your grey matter ...)

PS - Doc, beside reminding me of Cosmo Topper and the Kerby's ... do you remember Penny sitting right seat in a Bamboo Bomber? <snicker snicker snicker>

Old Guy Tom
PPS - omigosh! I even remember Neil slurping gin from the martini glass. I gotta get outta here!

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm, I don`t suppose anyone watched Lil Rascals or KeyStone Cops. As for music while i`m driving, I rarely listen to any, but when I do its my own choice via an indash .mp3, cd player. One cd full of .mp3`s is about 250 songs of music {Your choice of genre} uninterupted by commercials or other annoying unimportant trivia. I have one of these players in my truck and M.H. {the two vehicles I drive} I will instal one in my 56 Tr-3 {to listen to at car shows} but it will be completely removable. {anti theft purposes}.

my fav western was wells fargo with dale robertson

That was "Have Gun Will Travel". Had a toy gun belt with a daringer in the buckle like Richard Boone. Also, for the record he was a champion target shooter. I took a class to be a certified NRA rifle teacher from his shooting partner.

we had 2 Sunday evening shows in my family as a child....Ed Sullivan followed by Bonanza...it was very rare for my folks to let us watch anything on school nights...B&W until 1985 when we (kids) finally bought my parents a color..
