ET was just on, " How much is she worth? Is she worth more dead than alive??? Who's gonna get all her money?"

Who gives a crap!

Makes me sick.

I'm betting many of us feel the same about the ET show itself.

She had a totally messed up life before she died.
I remember seeing something about her going to another
country years ago,& acting weird.
Unlike some people in the media,I was not "shocked"
when she died - it was just a matter of of time,& some
bad choices made by HER.
Some people are offended by the crictism of her by
some people. She was a role model to some people,& they
need to realize that she made some stupid mistakes.
Just because she was a TV/Movie star, doesn't make
her actions justifiable. Why cant people see that?

Her passing is very sad and a most beautiful voice will make no more music. We'll just have to be content with her past recordings. I think they will be around for many years to come. To much emphases is placed on ones past and more should be put on the gift they gave to us to enjoy. The entertainment business is a tough life. She gave us a wonderful gift. I know I will continue to enjoy them . JMHO. PJ

Humans will be humans. We all make choices in our lives, some good, some bad. Most of us who live ordinary lives do not make the extraordinarily bad choices that some celebrities do, because we don't have the opportunity. We're too busy trying to make enough to feed ourselves and our families. When celebrity is reached, however, the opportunity for making very bad choices is everywhere. It just depends on your upbringing and common sense whether or not you can avoid those bad choices. Whitney Houston was probably OK until she met Bobby Brown. Once that happened, it became a death spiral, making bad choices upon bad choices, which just reached its inevitable end. A real pity for us to lose such a talented person in such a way. :frown:

Who doesn't see that? I haven't heard anybody suggest her actions and or choices were justifiable, only that they were tragic.

Everybody has the opportunity to make extraordinarily bad choices. Luckily, most don't.

Plenty of people living ordinary lives make choices that are every bit as bad as some celebrities'. They just don't make it into the public eye.

:thankyousign: .....And IIIIIIIIIIyeeeeeeIIIIIIII willlllllll always remember Whitney for two things: Annoying me every single time she came on the radio or mtv in her heyday and her immortal words: "Crack IS Whack"!

I thought he was talking about Whitney National Bank in New Orleans. They got bought out by Hancock Bank.

Self sabotage, we ALL do it to some extent. Yet, it is rarely mentioned in our early education. It should be. EVERYBODY does something that they are not proud of. The trick is to organize your life so as to not harm others or oneself. Perhaps these celebrities are placed here as a warning to the rest of us.
