... or does it matter?
These are for my suspect TR3 fuel pump. The black's from the TRF kit, the red from the Moss kit. My fuel pump is suspiciously covered in crud, and I think I'm smelling gas when checking the oil, so I'll change the diaphragm and oil at the same time. (Well, not at the same time, but you know what I mean.
FWIW, the Moss kit was for the TR6 fuel pump, but I found the 2 small valves impossible to put in; I wound up using the perfect fitting TRF valves. Sometimes it pays to have a few extras laying about.
On a related note, I remember in the past saying I used a Vise grips to pinch off the fuel line, and Andy Mace, (I think) said there was a better solution, but of course I can't remember. I've also used golf tees in the past, any other recommended ideas????
