It's a bit academic now, but the dash looks "one-piece" to me and the carbs also seem to be correct.
Because of the provenance on the BMIHT certificate, that is where the value is, only slightly diminished by the non-matching engine.
I wonder what happened to the original motor?

You could add a "oil quantity" gauge. Optional on semi-trucks, but if you have to add one of those it might be time for a rebuild.
