Which Is Worth More?

It's a bit academic now, but the dash looks "one-piece" to me and the carbs also seem to be correct.
Because of the provenance on the BMIHT certificate, that is where the value is, only slightly diminished by the non-matching engine.
I wonder what happened to the original motor?
