I wanna buy full-size sedan, can you advice something from this list or maybe know anything better?

Buick LeSabre (1992-1999)
Buick Park Avenue (1991-1996)
Buick Roadmaster (1991-1996)
Cadillac Deville (1994-1999)
Chevrolet Caprice (1991-1996)
Chevrolet Impala (1994-1996)
Chrysler Concorde (1993–1997)
Chrysler LHS (1994–1997)
Chrysler New Yorker (1994-1996)
Dodge Intrepid (1993–1997)
Eagle Vision (1993-1997)
Mitsubishi Diamante (1990–1996)
Oldsmobile Aurora (1995-1999)
Oldsmobile Eighty Eight (1992-1999)
Oldsmobile Ninety-Eight (1991-1996)
Pontiac Bonneville (1992-1999)

Well one thing I can say, you'd be getting alot more car for your money with the Deville....But as much as I'd like to tell you to get the Caddy, mines given me too much trouble recently for me to recommend it to anyone. Same goes for the Aurora as it shares many components with the Caddy.
I'd keep away from the Eagle and mitsubishi...Buicks are usually pretty solid cars, but extremely boring...Think if it were up to me I'd go with the Impala or Bonneville.

Juat figured Chevrolet Caprice and Impala got dangerous fuel tank construction, as Ford Crown Victoria, so i wont be buying it.
Also wont there be problems getting spair parts since this cars are from US?

P.S. What you mean by borring?

Were it me, I'd go for the Roadmaster or the Caddy!

I like the Diamante as well... very very nice car with decent styling. I also liked the idea of the Roadmaster, and the Impala's look good in black. My mom drives a Lesabre and it's pretty nice too.

Most of the cars your considering are from the US....so if you see getting parts as an issue you might want to look at some more home market stuff.
By Borring I mean it has absolutly no soul....An unexciting appliance like vehicle.

Hmmmm, hate to have to say it, but "None of the above"

Better off with a Mercedes or a BMW 7-series, 735i perhaps, because of spares availability, reliability, build quality, and being more of a driver's car......

The Gaz 3115 looks pretty good. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Well i actually been told it will take about month to wait till its shipped from US and will cost like 3 times more than simular part for european car, how much this is true?

Can i find parts somewhere in Europe, germany sell many of this US cars they should have spair parts as well?

The main problem with parts is time to wait till its shipped if my car is broken.

Also probably stupid question, but this is my first car. How often will i have to change parts on car that about 13-15 years old?

Cars like you mentioned are usually driven extensively... and many of them start to break down in many various different areas - depending on the one you pick - when they get that old with many miles on them. Always test drive, and examine any car you want to buy very closely. Learn everything you can about the car you want BEFORE you look at the first one, that way you will know what areas to looks for damage. As for parts availability in your area... I don't know. There are a few guys here from europe, and they may be able to tell you. I would say at a minimum, you will want basic tune up items at first... plugs, plug wires, air filter, oil filter, coolant hoses, distributor caps and rotors (if the car has them), brake pads and shoes, new oil, new coolant, O2 sensor(s). Then you may find on cars 10-13 years old that you may need other items that will need replacing might be: power window components, A/C parts, bits of trim, alternator, battery, etc... Major mechanical things could include a myriad of different areas, depending on each individual car. Call some local shops and ask them what parts are available, what can they NOT get for you, a proper wait time for something that may need to be special ordered, and which cars can they get the most parts for at the lowest price (if that's a factor in your decision).

I am kinda surious as to why your interested in mostly american vehicles.....Most of those cars arn't really considered to be anything special over here. Given the fact that this is your first car, and I am assuming your main method of transportation you might want to start with something you can get acess to parts easily and something that local shops are going to be familiar with.

Toyota Avalon. Much more interior room, better quality. New ones are faster than all those other cars. Lots of nifty luxury things like power rear sunshade!

I think most of us on this forum would agree with you but I saw a feature in our Kansas City newspaper last week and they were saying that the young kids are seeking out Dad's old oldsmobile-- read, big old 4-door cruisers. Maybe that's the incentive here?

Weird... So the next generation after the ricers are the land yacht restorers? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/jester.gif I might have an 86 LTD soon that I could sell to the right kid - hehehehehehehe.

Lol i just like big cars i dont care if its special or not main pooint is so i like it. I always liked new york taxy look (Crown Victoria).

Well yep at moment i only got money for something build 1990-1995 and this basically means i will have to spend more like half of price for repairs. Guess i got myself something mid-size, european car for now.

Ok now i totally lost all this european cars look same to me.

Need advice for mid-size sedan 1990+ price about 3000-3500$ (hard limit, i still need money for some repair and GPS).

Take into consideration that i like as much "extras" as possible e.g. ABS, air bags, electric windows etc, ESP would be good plus to.

My main usage of car is driving from point A to point B, not racing or something so i dont need sporty cars like subaru impreza, more something for serious business man, well u know what i mean.

Thanks if try to help me.

One of the big older Mercedes sedans! Or a later model 5-series BMW.
