I can't remember where the line from the right front brake attaches to as it travels across the car to the left hand side. I believe it attaches to the frame is this correct?

Yes, It runs on the other side (backside) of that rail in your photo and should be attached with a push in clip to the frame. You should also have carbon canister line going across there as well.

As Tush said, it goes on the other side, there are funny shapped clips that push into 3 holes in the frame rail and the brake line goes in the bottom of the clip, with teh clip also having a larger bulge for an emissions line. On the passenger side of the car that line terminates at the flex-line junction, and on the driver side terminates at the L/R T junction. You might have to play with bending it around a bit to get it to fit right, the 3 clips are not in a straight line.
