Where can I get bottle jack seals?

I've got an old hydraulic bottle jack with "Enots Hydraulic Jack" cast into the top. My dad reckons it came with an Essex car my grandparents had.
I'm looking for information on how replace seals and refill the oil. Wouldn't nice to get it going again.
 
See if you have an industrial hydraulics repair shop.
I had one repaired by a guy who worked for one.
