When did...

I'm partial to "you're welcome." Can't stand it now that EVERYONE says "thank you so much" (even after being thanked themselves).
We can blame the king....

Hehehe... and amplified further by Andy Kaufman:

Andy was the greatest Elvis impersonator.... Elvis said it himself.
P.S.... I went to high school with Andy Kauffman

Very sad story of his premature death. An amazing talent.

I work at a college. With the students it's now "thank you so so much."

Only a matter of time before another "so" works its way in there (or perhaps a "very"). :wink-new:

While working at Safeway,I had a girl say "Like" like about twenty times.......

Another time,I had a girl,& her boyfriend come up to me at work.
She asked "Do you have like, aluminum foil?",to which I replied,"Do you want
aluminum foil,or something like aluminum foil?".
Her boyfriend laughed,but she didn't like,get it.

the one that makes me craziest is the response to thank you being "uh-huh"

Have a good one is next
