Wheels?

As many of you know, I am restoring my Rostyles this winter. Because of the way my car is parked in the garage, I cannot put it up on jackstands - it needs to be able to move. I have a set of stock 13" steel wheels from a 1978 Mustang II laying around as well as some dodgy tires I could mount on them. Will these fit my B? The car will only be pushed in and out of the garage a few times before the wheels are restored.

Dunno. But it'd be easy enough to swap one out just to see.. I'm almost thinkin it may work.

I'm pretty sure that the bolt pattern is the same. I had a book called how to make your car handle that had both the MGB and Pinto/Mustang II lug pattern dimensions and I remember them being the same but I can't find the book right now to look it up. Good luck!

If the bolt pattern is the same, and if the calipers clear, you should have no problem.

As Banjo sez, take off a wheel and try it!

Will do. I was hoping someone had the bolt pattern handy, but I can just go out and check, no problem.

EDIT: Nope. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif
