What's for dinner?

Offline
I'm making homemade Baked Ziti... the sauce has been simmering all afternoon (no Ragu here). Penne is on the boil now. Should have it all together with 6 different cheeses and in the oven by 5pm. Garlic bread will be served nice n toasty with it, and Pepsi to wash it all back.

What are you having?

Left overs from yesterday, (when the cook did her thing)

Lamb leftovers & more bubble and squeek.
Reisling.

I gotta feeling we're gonna have leftover Ziti for the rest of the week too... 2 lbs pasta, 2 lbs meat, 2 cans tomato puree, 2 cans diced tomatos, 1 jar of mushrooms, 1 can black olives, 3 cups of shredded cheese, 1/2 tub of cottage cheese... I think there's 7+ pounds of food there. It fills a big aluminum turkey roasting pan anyway. I know what I'm having for lunch all week long /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Chicken Parmesian with #3 Spagetti. Having company from Colorado but we still might be eating leftovers from this one tomorrow.

Mama was out spending money on Chritmas stuff, so I just relied on a few dogs, a knish, some baked beans (leftover from Thanksgiving) and a Mendicino White Hawk IPA. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thirsty.gif
