swmbo and I took a drive to Taylors in Oakland City. A little roadhouse with only have 3 things on the dinner menu. Ribeye, Porkchops, and Ham steak. All cooked over a wood fire. the ribeyes weigh about a pound and a half each, almost everyone leaves with a doggy box. The best part was the tab, 2 steak dinners and a couple of beers each, was $50 including a generous tip to our favorite waitress.

Tonight (Saturday) - Fried shrimp po-boys, dressed, of course. French bread from Dorignac's, in Metairie; gulf shrimp purchased in Pensacola; my own "secret" :wink: batter.

My mouth's still tinglin'! :banana:
