What's doing today?

Chores today, but spent yesterday decimating the local trout population.

When I get back from church today I'll be hooking up the new Master Cool cooler. Can't wait to have cooling aging in the house!

I'm sort of hoping the hybrid water heaters will be cheap enough to make "sense" when ours dies. That's about the only way I'll get any cooling in the garage.

I spent the weekend building a camera controller/interface box for someone. Box of mouser parts came in on Friday, spent the better part of Saturday building, Sunday I programmed it and test ran it. Now it's ready to go do stuff in helicopters.

After I get back from a driving trip today I start a new computer build.

May go stroll around the Veterans' Memorial Park a bit.

STILL have not moved the water heater... PRO crastinator. :jester:

Still trying to get back to normal (whatever that is) after
driving/flying over the last week. And then there's the MG meet in
Reno next week.

I'm sitting in the Westchester County Airport (N.Y) waiting to fly home after an interview. Things went well, now time will tell.

Fingers crossed for you, Peter.

Good luck w/ the job search. On Saturday i drove east from to Buttonwillow Raceway for the Races, great drive on Hwy. 58 out oF Santa Margarita to Buttonwillow. Good breakfast first at Tina's Diner then we hit the road. Saw 5 other cars on the road and only one going our direction. Great road, , long straights, tight curves, hills, you name it this road has it plus great scenery and beautiful wild flowers. At the track were splendid racecars, Lola, Ginetta, Jaguar, Healeys, Formula Fords, Alfa's, Morgans, Spridgets, Speedwell Sprite, Datsuns, Triumph Porsche......... I could go on. Great day. Real nice people. I will go again to the Buttonwillow British Extravaganza, put on by the Vintage Auto Racing Association.
