Let's see... about seven hours ago it was Tuna steaks grilled with red onions, small plum tomatoes and sliced peppers after marinating in olive oil, garlic and spices overnight....

But it'll be a traditional British roast pork Sunday lunch tomorrow... something to look forward to.

I wonder... does yours come with the crackling?

It's not a proper British roast pork without it my wife insists... along with OXO gravy from a BOX... what can I say about that? But I make the real stuff for myself, and anyone else nearby.

Kentucky fried chicken

Dale,

Are they good eating? I never thought of them as food. I thought they had bacteria that we should avoid. Or, was that an Ad campaign by 'Cuda PR firms?

'Cudas are extremely entertaining companions on our photo scuba dives. They act like puppies to us - playfully cautious, but very curious about what we are doing and treating us as a different species.

They get so close that we have to gently hold them away from us to get them out of the photos. They are very communicative with the silver/black ratios of their side scales. We greatly enjoy their company, just as they obviously enjoy ours. None of us has ever been bitten by a 'cuda

Groupers of more than 100lbs are even more demanding! They aggresively come up to our faces and want belly rubs or back massages. Of course I always oblige by handing my photo equipment to my wife and spend as long as they want petting and massaging them while she photos us.

Then there are big Green eels and 4 ft (but too tough to eat) lobsters who are equaly cautiously, but very curious about us.

They each seem to know we are too slow and ackward to be a threat to them. They will very slowly come out of their holes and check us out if we earn their trust.

GREAT CROSS-SPECIES EXPERIENCES AND COMMUNICATIONS !!!

They all are very fun, very friendly and they all taste best with garlic and butter.

WHAT ? !

ribs - slow cooked for 4 hours.
cornbread.
beans.

vodka.
apfelkorn - when it unfreezes.

Don,

A smaller species of 'Cuda live in the estuary areas.
They do not contain the toxins of thelarge reef 'Cuda.

I tried them once and did not care for the taste.

I imagine it is beautiful underwater.

Post some photos
