No idea, but the MGA and Beetles really stand out in that crowd.
 
Newest thing I can find is a '59 ('60?) Buick next to the MGA. And that could be a '59 Checy in the second row. Or is it '60? I can't be sure from the front.
 
1960 or '61; there are a couple '60 Fords in there.

It's a museum of shopping center parking lots of the mid 20th century.

There's a 1960 impala in there, I bought a new one in 1960! So it's 1960 or later. PJ
 
Could be 1960- but 1960 cars were sold new in 1959!
