They are pre-selling a condo in our neighbourhood - literally in our backyard. Now you need to understand that while there is much to commend our neighbourhood it ain't what you'd call posh - that's why we moved here, partly because it truly is in transition and mostly cause it's what we could afford - Toronto ain't cheap! Anyway, this is the video they produced to sell the condos - I'm impressed. BTW when they show the computer simulation of the new building, there is a long condo to the left - we live literally behind that building, that's how close we are. Call if you want me to reserve a unit.
