Interesting car. I've only seen a couple over the years. They evolved from an "invalid car" designed about 1941. After the war the factory couldn't build cars because of restrictions placed by the new communist government - they got around the rules by calling it an invalid car again but selling it as basic transportation. They were made into the 1970's. I think the eBay car looks pretty good - I wish I was in a position to rescue it.
(AC and some other well known outfits also made invalid cars over the years.)
