What Movie Am I watching

I am watching a movie that I first saw in theater in late 1972 while on a weekend pass from Basic Training in San Antonio, TX. It was a disaster movie that had just hit theaters and was produced by Irwin Allen. The all star cast included 5 Academy Award winners.
