The buildings that you see in the back ground in the clip are part of our efforts to reconstruct the village of Brashearsville that stood on the site from the 1830's to 1892 when the village and the Salt works were destroyed by a flood. We currently have one log cabin, one log storage building and one log barn on site. The large building is the General Store/museum/multi purpose building we have on site. During the event it hosted a Ladies Tea, a church service and the first masonic lodge meeting in Kentucky to be held on a Civil War battle field. We have been donated other structures for the site and are currently trying to raise money to move and erect the structures. During the battle shown in the clip I was powder monkey on the third from left cannon in the fore ground. Hope you enjoy the clips.
