What gives with my rear wiring harness???

I installed a new British Wiring rear harness on my TR6 and everything worked great, or so it seems. I haven't run the car in a few weeks and went into my trunk to fetch something. My trunk light doesn't work. Hmmmm. In fact, none of my rear lights worked. Everything in the front works! I cranked the engine, and voila, the rear lights work now. (Not the trunk)
Battery is stong. Is it the amps that my alternator generates that makes the harness work? Weird. Bad ground?

Sounds like a ground issue with the rear harness, since nothing works. Or is there a connector that clips together between the front and rear or a middle junction that could have come loose?

How about jumpering a ground to the main connector?

Have you been emailing Tinster again? People catch colds, maybe your car caught something from Crypty?

Check the ground at the rear light connector. Actually check every connection you made when you replaced the harness - sure to find the problem.
