if you hook up the battery wrong eg: ground to positive and negative to power. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr --------how to feel just stupid. btw this is on my mini with the sprint eng.
 
Anything electronic will be damaged. Alternator, radio, electronic ignition, electric tach, etc. If you have none of these things, then you've done no damage. If you connected it backwards but never turned the ignition on, then you're probably ok.
 
no instruments or radio in it, fuel pump runs but engine will not turn over perhaps I need to check the fusible links and relays. Just hope its not the computer
 
I thought that that was the right way to connect the battery?!
