So after my voltage regulator crapped out and destroyed my generator, I got it all back together with a rebuilt generator, new regulator from Moss, and decided to top off the battery. After charging for a couple hours, I went out to check on it and the battery was making noise. Bad noise. Like boiling noise. I immediately unplugged it and left the positive terminal off and walked away. Guess its safe to say the battery is done.
I want to get the battery tray from Moss for my new battery, but I can't find what battery size they recommend. Say if I wanted to go to Sears and get one. Anyone know what battery I should get?
